Shipping & Deliveries

All our prices include shipping, via a trackable next day courier services, to one UK mainland address.

If your order needs to be delivered to an International, EU, UK Highlands or Island address, please contact us, ahead of ordering, for the additional costs; if you’ve already ordered, and the delivery address is overseas, don’t worry we will contact you with any additional costs.

Can I have a sample and/or a visual? Yes of course, use the 'add to Quote' button, on any product page, to send us your address and enquiry details.

Where do I send my artwork? Send it to artwork@theprintedpensite.com

Will I get a visual mockup to check and sign off? Yes, as part of the order process with every order, you'll get a PDF visual proof to sign off.

When will I receive my Pens or Pencils? On each product page, under the 'buy it now' button, a delivery date is displayed. In the artwork approval process, a delivery date will also be confirmed.

Where do I send my artwork? Send it to artwork@theprintedpensite.com

Can the displayed delivery date be improved on? Very often 'Yes' please contact us if you have an urgent enquiry on any of our products.

How can I track my order after despatch? You will receive notification by email, with a trackable links.
